Connecting Your Social Accounts

Connect your social accounts to unlock direct posting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Why Connect Your Accounts?

When you connect your social accounts, you can:

• Post directly from Influence Craft
• Schedule content for optimal times
• Track performance and engagement
• Enable auto-posting for hands-free publishing

Available Platforms

LinkedIn (All Plans)

LinkedIn is available on both Growth and Pro plans.

To connect:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap "Connect LinkedIn"
3. Log in to your LinkedIn account
4. Authorize Influence Craft
5. Select your profile or company page

Features:

• Direct posting to your profile
• Company page posting (if you're an admin)
• Performance analytics
• Auto-posting support

X / Twitter (Pro Plan)

X is available on the Pro plan.

To connect:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap "Connect X"
3. Log in to your X account
4. Authorize Influence Craft

Features:

• Thread support
• Performance analytics
• Auto-posting support

Instagram (Pro Plan)

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page.

Requirements:

• Instagram Business or Creator account
• Connected to a Facebook Page
• Admin access to the Facebook Page

To connect:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap "Connect Instagram"
3. Log in with Facebook
4. Select your Facebook Page
5. Choose your linked Instagram account
6. Authorize Influence Craft

Content Types:

• Feed Posts: Standard Instagram posts
• Stories: 24-hour disappearing content
• Reels: Short-form video captions

Settings:

• Choose which content types to generate
• Enable auto-posting
• Set posting frequency

Facebook (Pro Plan)

Facebook requires admin access to a Facebook Page.

Requirements:

• Admin access to a Facebook Page
• Cannot post to personal profiles (Facebook limitation)

To connect:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap "Connect Facebook"
3. Log in to Facebook
4. Select your Page
5. Authorize Influence Craft

Content Types:

• Feed Posts: Standard Facebook posts
• Stories: 24-hour disappearing content

Settings:

• Choose content types
• Enable First Comment (add hashtags as first comment)
• Enable auto-posting

Managing Connected Accounts

Viewing Connections

Go to Settings > Connections to see:

• All connected accounts
• Connection status
• Platform-specific settings

Platform Settings

For each platform, you can configure:

Auto-Post

• Enable/disable automatic posting
• Posts go live without manual review

Posts Per Day

• Set how many posts to publish daily
• Prevents over-posting

Posting Times

• Choose optimal posting times
• Schedule for your audience's timezone

Review Before Posting (Prolific milestone required)

• Toggle to review each post before it goes live
• Enabled by default

Smart Content Engine (Prolific milestone required)

• Automatically selects best content for each platform
• Optimizes based on performance data

Disconnecting Accounts

To disconnect an account:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Find the platform
3. Tap "Disconnect"
4. Confirm disconnection

Note: Disconnecting removes posting access but preserves your generated content.

Multi-Account Support

You can connect multiple accounts per platform:

• Multiple LinkedIn profiles/pages
• Multiple X accounts
• Multiple Instagram Business accounts
• Multiple Facebook Pages

Each account can have its own settings for posting frequency and timing.

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

Try:

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure you're logged into the correct account
• Verify you have the required permissions
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Instagram Won't Connect

Check:

• Your account is a Business or Creator account
• You have a Facebook Page connected
• You have admin access to the Facebook Page

To convert to Business account:

1. Open Instagram
2. Go to Settings > Account
3. Tap "Switch to Professional Account"
4. Choose Business or Creator
5. Connect to your Facebook Page

Facebook Page Not Showing

Verify:

• You're an admin of the Page
• The Page is published (not unpublished)
• Try refreshing your connection

Posts Not Appearing

Check:

• Your account is still connected
• Auto-posting is enabled (if expected)
• Content was scheduled correctly
• Platform-specific content types are enabled
