Billing & Payments

Payment Methods

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS):

• Apple Pay
• Credit/Debit cards via your Apple ID
• All billing handled securely through Apple

Billing Cycle

• Monthly billing: Charged on signup date each month
• Automatic renewal: Managed through App Store
• Receipt emails: Sent by Apple after each charge

Managing Subscription

To manage your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Influence Craft
5. Manage, upgrade, or cancel from there

You can also view your subscription status in the app under Settings > Subscription.

Viewing Current Plan

Check your plan in the app:

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap "Subscription"
3. See plan type, renewal date
4. View benefits included

Upgrading Plans

To upgrade from Growth to Pro:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Tap "Upgrade to Pro"
3. Confirm upgrade
4. Pro features activate immediately

Downgrading Plans

To downgrade from Pro to Growth:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Tap "Change Plan"
3. Select "Growth Plan"
4. Changes take effect next billing cycle

Canceling Subscription

To cancel:

1. Visit Settings > Subscription
2. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
3. Confirm cancellation
4. Access remains until period ends
5. All content is preserved

Note: You won't be charged again, but can continue using the service until your current billing period ends.

When am I charged?

Can I get a refund?
