Voice Recording Not Working

Quick solutions for voice recording issues.

Check Microphone Permissions

Web Browser

Chrome:

1. Click lock icon in address bar
2. Check "Microphone" permission
3. Set to "Allow"
4. Refresh page

Safari:

1. Safari > Settings > Websites
2. Click "Microphone"
3. Find influencecraft.com
4. Set to "Allow"

Firefox:

1. Click "i" icon in address bar
2. Find "Microphone"
3. Select "Allow"
4. Reload page

Mobile App

iOS:

1. Settings > Influence Craft
2. Enable "Microphone"
3. Restart app

Android:

1. Settings > Apps > Influence Craft
2. Permissions > Microphone
3. Select "Allow"
4. Restart app

Common Issues & Solutions

No Audio Captured

Check:

• Microphone is not muted
• Correct device selected (if multiple mics)
• Microphone plugged in properly
• Try different microphone

Poor Audio Quality

Improve:

• Reduce background noise
• Move closer to microphone
• Use headset/headphones
• Close to 6-12 inches from mouth

Recording Cuts Off

Solutions:

• Check internet connection
• Close other apps
• Clear browser cache
• Update app/browser
